Key Responsibilities: Work location is Camp Humphreys, Korea.

• • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle for complex IT programs, from initiation through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk management plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate efforts across technical and functional teams, including vendors, to deliver project outcomes on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and report project progress using earned value and other performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder briefings and ensure alignment with organizational goals and customer expectations.
  • Identify project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, contract requirements, and relevant regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, information technology, or a related discipline.
• At least five (5) years of hands-on experience in managing complex IT projects within the past 10 years.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing schedules, costs, and deliverables under tight deadlines.

Security Clearance:

• Must possess a minimum active Secret clearance at time of appointment.
• Must maintain clearance eligibility throughout employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing projects in a Department of Defense (DoD) or government contracting environment.
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition lifecycle, risk management, and contract compliance.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent).
• ITIL, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certifications.

Work Environment:

• Primarily on-site in a secure facility, may require on-call availability and after-hours work during outages or upgrades.

• Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work in a high-security environment and comply with all relevant security protocols.
• Occasional travel to support sites or customers.

• May involve lifting, installing, or moving server and network hardware.
