Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Work location is Camp Humphreys, Korea.

 

  • Manage the full contract lifecycle: proposal support, negotiation, execution, performance monitoring, compliance, modifications, and closeout.
  • Lead contract administration efforts on complex DoD and IT-related O&M contracts, ensuring adherence to contractual terms and conditions.
  • Perform detailed cost analysis and support pricing strategies in coordination with finance and program management.
  • Ensure compliance with security regulations, including safeguarding Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), adherence to NIST SP 800-171/172 requirements, and company security policies.
  • Collaborate with Facility Security Officers (FSOs), program security teams, and government security representatives as needed.
  • Maintain contract documentation and reporting in accordance with DoD security and contractual regulations, including FAR, DFARS, and other applicable frameworks.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure flow-down of security and compliance clauses.
  • Support audits, assessments, and data calls related to contracts and security compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in the last ten (10) years managing complex DoD and IT-related O&M contracts in a key management role.
  • Demonstrated cost analysis experience, including financial forecasting, estimating, and reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS), contract types, and contract negotiation practices.
  • Experience supporting contracts in environments requiring security compliance, including FISMA, NIST, or DoD Information Assurance guidelines.
  • U.S. citizenship required.

Security Clearance Requirements:

 

  • Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance is required.
  • Must be familiar with handling and protecting sensitive government information and systems in accordance with DoD policy.

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Master’s degree in business administration, Contract Management, or a related field.
  • NCMA certification (e.g., CFCM, CCCM, CPCM).
  • Experience using contract and compliance systems (e.g., Deltek Costpoint, Unison).
  • Familiarity with CMMC, NIST SP 800-171/172, and other federal security standards.
  • Knowledge of the Service Contract Act (SCA), ITAR, and related regulatory frameworks.

Work Environment:

 

  • Primarily office-based or remote, with occasional travel to secure or government facilities as needed.
  • May involve extended hours during proposal submissions or contract transitions.
  • Must comply with all organizational and DoD security training and requirements.
  • Occasional travel to support sites or customers.
  • Must be able to work in a high-security environment and comply with all relevant security protocols.
