Empower AI: As a Virtualization and Containerization Systems Engineer, you will provide services in support of the Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) on the Army Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN-A) Cybersecurity and Network Operations Mission Support (ADCNOMS) contract. As a member of the virtualization and containerization support team, you will provide planning, installation, configuration, integration and upgrade support for assorted virtualization and containerization technologies such as VMWare vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, RedHat Virtualization, Oracle VM, Docker, and Kubernetes as matrix support to enterprise capabilities, the ITEF, and other special projects as assigned in order to maintain current baselines and to facilitate the continued transition toward a software-defined infrastructure for the Army.

Minimum Requirements:

• Secret Security Clearance
• VMWare Certified Professional – Data Center Virtualization 2024 certification
• Bachelor’s degree
• 7 – 12 years of experience
• Advanced administrative expertise in virtualization and containerization technologies such as VMWare vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, RedHat Virtualization, Oracle VM, Docker, or Kubernetes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Docker Certified Associate or Certified Kubernetes Administrator certification
• DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF 632) Systems Developer Advanced qualified (FITSP-D or GCSA or GISF or SSCP) or equivalent certification
• ITIL v4 Foundations certification

• Ambulate throughout an office
• Ambulate between several buildings
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required
• Travel by land or air transportation 10% or less
