Responsibilities

Empower AI: As a DoDIN-A Operations Cyberspace Tasking Order Analysis Information Security Specialist, you will provide services in support of the Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) on the Army Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN-A) Cybersecurity and Network Operations Mission Support (ADCNOMS) contract. You will be responsible for processing orders that provide strategic and technical implementation guidance on securing the DoDIN: both threat-informed and threat-agnostic. As part of the Cyber Tasking Orders Cell, you will receive orders from NETCOM, ARCYBER, and Joint Force Headquarters Department of Defense Information Network (JFHQ-DoDIN) and analyzes those orders for Army-wide implementation.

 

Highlights of Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the JFHQ-DoDIN Master Cyber Tasking Order and Cyber Tasking Order process.
  • Support the Government in analyzing CTO’s and suggest current DoDIN Operations actions to be taken.
  • Identify tasks that may require revision and prior coordination and suggest operational approaches required to achieve the desired end state.
  • Support the Government in implementing technical and administrative measures that reduces risk in accessing information transmitted over the DoDIN-A or processed and stored on information systems.
  • Advise the Government on the integration of DoDIN-A OPS enterprise management and cybersecurity functions for the development of comprehensive and executable security management tasks.
  • Draft or edit CTO’s and assist the Government in identifying and prioritizing requirements for capability development efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal and external mission partners to facilitate cyber situational awareness and information sharing.
  • Coordinate with the Compliance Team to monitor and track compliance of NETCOM subordinate units and other Army organizations for cyber tasking requirements for reporting requirements.
  • Identify applicable DoD, Army, and Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) requirements including items such as DoD IA controls, criticality, and threat. Upon identification of Regulatory requirements, the Contractor shall assist the Government in validating capability compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Top Secret Security Clearance based on a Tier 5 (T5) Investigation with ICD 704 (SCI) eligibility
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7 – 12 years of experience
  • Intermediate experience in Army orders production, mission analysis, and orders compliance
  • Intermediate experience in DoD computer security practices, policy, and framework

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF 631) Information Systems Security Developer Intermediate qualified (BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science or CSC or GCLD or CASP+ or CCSP or Cloud+ or GSEC) or equivalent certification
  • ITIL v4 Foundations certification

  • Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required
  • Travel by land or air transportation 10% or less
